Sébastienne's story

Born in 1972 in Cotonou, the economic capital of Benin, Ms. O. Sébastienne has been living for about eighteen years in PK12, in the town of Sèmè-Podji, Benin. She is married to Mr. DJOSSOU Paul, an auto mechanic, and is the mother of six children, some of whom are in school. The family lives together, and the couple jointly ensure that house expenses are covered.

Sébastienne never attended school. For nearly fifteen years, she has been running a business selling beverages and a variety of cosmetics at the Dégakon market in Cotonou. She gets her supplies from Dantokpa, the international market of Benin.

She is a previous ALIDé client having benefited before from two loans, which she has repaid. She's requesting another loan in order to expand her business further and to respond better to the numerous demands of her customers.
