Tamar's story

Tamar is 18 years old and a future pharmacist who studied hard to be accepted into Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. She is on the way to meeting a new stage in her life. She is on her first course and requires a loan to cover the current year's tuition fee so she can begin studying to become a pharmacist. Lack of financial support is Tamar's main problem.

After graduation, she is eager to continue her higher education of magistracy and meet her potential, making her very competitive and employable in the job market.

Credo, which is a joint project with Kiva that gives Georgian students a good chance to invest in their education, has approved a student loan for her.

Tamar greatly appreciates the Kiva lenders' help.
