A loan helped a member to buy animal feeds.

Kica En Mar Vsl B Safety Net Group's story

Thirty-five-year-old Morrish is married with five children, four of whom attend school in Aber, Uganda. He does piggery while his wife grows cassava and beans for additional income.

Morrish is requesting for a loan from VisionFund Uganda to buy animal feed to boost the growth of his pigs. This will help his pigs grow faster and bigger, enabling them to fit the market competition.

With grown and healthy pigs, he will be able to sell at a good price, which will help him to save some money. He will also build a pig sty and do away with the theft of his animals, which has been his biggest challenge.

He is grateful to Kiva for the financial support.
