Chatyrkul's story

Chatyrkul is 61 years old and married with grown-up children, the youngest of whom still lives at home. She has a secondary-level education. Chatyrkul has a good understanding of agricultural technology and she knows how to invest funds effectively. She has been raising livestock since 2009, and this is her family's primary source of income. Thanks to her hard work on the farm, Chatyrkul now has one cow and 15 sheep.

In order to further develop her business, Chatyrkul has approached Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 70,000 som. She will use the money to buy cattle to increase her income from raising livestock. Chatyrkul plans to invest the profit from the loan in further developing her business and improving her family's standard of living.
