A loan helped to buy dairy cows to increase milk sales to a factory.

Guzal's story

Guzal is 30 years old, married, and has 2 children. Guzal has a secondary education. Since 2015, she has been rearing livestock and farming as the main income for her family. Thanks to her hard work, and with her husband’s help with the farm, today on her farm there are 8 cows, 20 sheep, 2 horses, as well as a land share of 2.0 hectares on which she grows beans. She has a contract to supply organic milk to a local factory for further processing into dairy products. This allows Guzal to continuously invest in her agricultural business. Having learned that she can get a loan from Bai Tushum Bank on the security of her contract for future delivery, within the product "Chain of Value Added," she applied for a loan of 250,000 KGS to purchase dairy cows to increase her herd and the volume of milk to sell. The factory’s payments for milk will be directly deposited to her bank account, and loan payments will be automatically deducted. Income from the loan will help Guzal to further develop her farm and give her children a quality education.
