A loan helped to buy livestock, corn seed, medicine for her animals and treatments for her crops.

Lurdes's story

Lurdes is a 31-year-old single mother who shares a home with her son, who is attending school, and her parents. Lurdes has been working in agriculture and raising livestock for about ten years, but began acquiring skills in this line of work when she was a child. She will use this loan to buy livestock, corn seed, medications for her animals and treatments for her crops. Lurdes dreams of building a house one day where she and her son can live.
