A loan of $6,000 helps a member to procure wholesale boards to strengthen her capital.

La Tendance Group's story

Mme Sifa is a client of Hekima and the vice-president of the group La Tendance. She is married, 31 years old and has 4 children who all go to school. Her spouse is a merchant.

She sells boards in her warehouse. She started this business in 2015 with start-up money from her husband. Later, she joined the Hekima loan program to support her activities. With this new loan, she will procure wholesale boards to strengthen her capital. The challenge for her business is the poor state of roads, which causes the truck transporting the boards to tumble.

She wishes to keep her children and feed her family. She is grateful for Hekima and their partners, and for the support provided to non-bankable entrepreneurs.
