Los Naranjos Group's story

The Los Naranjos group consists of Abismael Arsenio M. M., Francisca Teodora Velázquez López, and Lino Nemesio Velásquez López. They are from the municipality of Nindiri.

The coordinator of the group is Abismael Arsenio M. M., who is hardworking, humble, optimistic, a fighter, and an exceptional father. He just became widowed this past December but he has been able to recover from this loss for two beautiful reasons – his daughters, one of which is 4 years old and the other is 3 months. He also has the unconditional support of his wife’s family.

He is 36 years old and works from sunrise to sunset as a collector in the mayor’s office of Masaya, and in the evenings, he works at his tailor’s shop with the objective of helping his family to succeed. He wants to increase his earnings and continue investing in his business with the purchase of raw material such as fabrics, threads, buttons, and other materials.

The other two group members are Francisca Teodora Velázquez López, who is 62 years old and has been selling vegetables in the Masaya market for the past thirteen years, and Lino Nemecio Velásquez López, who is 41 years old and is a traveling vegetable merchant in the oriental market.

Both want to invest their loan in the purchase of vegetables such as yucca, chayote, ayote, pipián, carrots, etc.

In this group: Abismael Arsenio, Lino, Francisca
