A loan of $1,075 helped buy magazines to improve her business.

Eusebia's story

Eusebia, age 47, is a very hard-working woman. She lives in her mother-in-law’s house with her husband and her youngest daughter. Her two oldest children are independent.

Everyday at around four in the morning she goes to the central newspaper distributor to gather the papers that she needs to redistribute until noon. She takes them to various kiosks in the district where she lives. She has been doing this work for two years. It generates regular earnings, which allow her to cover the food and education for her youngest daughter.

She does this because her husband is a very irresponsible man, who does not take care of his daughter. At times she has difficulties in her work, but Eusebia really likes her work as a distributor of daily papers.

In the coming months she wants to venture into selling beauty products. She wants to do this to increase her earnings and give her youngest daughter a better quality of life.

This is her seventh loan with MFP. She promises to make her payments punctually. She is happy with her loan colleagues because they are responsible people, the same as she is. She will use the money she is requesting to buy magazines because there are greater earnings selling them. She will use the rest of the money to buy a large quantity of beauty products to start in this business and increase her income.
