A loan helped to pay for field work expenses to increase her income and to buy cattle to increase her income from cattle breeding.

Chynarkan's story

Chynarkan, age 52, is married and has two children. She has a secondary-school education and is by nature responsible and motivated. She has been farming and raising livestock as her family's main source of income for 25 years. Thanks to Chynarkan's tireless work and her husband's help on the farm, her farm now includes 7 cows, 42 sheep and a 1.08-hectare plot of land on which she grows clover and perennial grasses.
In order to further develop her farm, Chynarkan has turned to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan in the amount of 200,000 som (KGS) to pay for field work for the purpose of increasing revenue from growing. She will spend part of the loan on buying cattle to increase her livestock herd. Revenue from the loan will help Chynarkan to expand her farm and provide a sound future for her children.
