A loan of $375 helped hire farm workers.

Silver's story

Silver is a young man with many goals and projects in mind. He is 23 years old, single, and lives with his younger siblings in their new house that he just built, which is made of wood and corrugated roof panels.

His parents are examples of self-improvement, and they support each project that he undertakes. They showed him different trades, which he now puts to use. Silver considers himself a "jack-of-all-trades" since he has been a farmer, bricklayer, carpenter, and a hotel-keeper for 7 years.

Out of all his occupations, he is currently looking after his plant nursery called "Cresta de Gallo" (Rooster's Comb) in which he grows coffee trees and flowers. His products are very sought-after in the area. He is also attending to his room rental business. Both jobs yield considerable profits that let him live without worry. He can even help out both his siblings and parents financially.

His future plan is to pursue a professional degree related to his trades. He is also planning to purchase plots of land so that he can continue investigating which mountain fruits can grow in the jungle with the proper care.

This is Silver's first loan with MFP. He is sure that he will not let his Communal Bank down, since they have put their trust in him. For this reason, he states that he will invest the money well. With the 1,000.00 PEN that he is requesting, he will hire people to help him plant coffee and flower seeds.
