Ángela Teodora's story

In Charapotó parish, farming and cattle-rearing are the main economic activities. The vegetables grown here are sold in various places, and the local rice is said to be the best in Ecuador.

Angela is 64 years old. She has a partner. She has two children, now independent adults. Her partner is a firefighter. The couple lives in a house that they own.

Angela has a restaurant in her house where she prepares different delicious meals, Monday to Friday. These dishes delight customers who every day come to taste the dishes that are prepared with lots of love. Angela also prepares snacks for parties and social engagements. One of her daughter’s help with preparing meals. Food is normally made to order.

Angela will use this new loan to buy supplies to continue preparing delicious lunches.

Angela’s dream is to have a big restaurant to continue doing what she enjoys.
