Mrs. Nhil H. is 31 years old and lives with her husband and three children in Kampong Cham province, Cambodia. She is an open-air vendor selling fish to the people in her area, while her husband works as a fisherman. Together, they typically earn up to $20/day in revenue. Mrs. Nhil H. has to get up very early in morning to purchase fish from a fishery. Currently, she needs a motorcycle,primarily to be used for her business transportation. However, she faces financial constraints Therefore, she has recently applied for a loan to help her purchase a motorcycle to facilitate her business.
