A loan helped a member to buy sheep to sell for the benefit of her family.

Nipagagnon 2 Group's story

The woman holding the tethered sheep is named Bintou. She is 50 years old, married, and the mother of five children. She has three girls and two boys. Four of her children attend school. She and the other group members have taken a loan with RMCR to fund their sheep farming and commerce activities, which Bintou has been doing for ten years.

Bintou is well respected and obtains her provisions from local markets. She resells her livestock at the same markets for a profit. With the profits, she is able to provide her children with school supplies, clothing, and more. She hopes to help her children achieve their academic goals.
