Pulquira's story

Pulquira is a modest and an enterprising 36 year old who is married. She has a very good understanding and experiences with her business which is selling rice. She has had a business of her own which has been running for many years. Her store is located in an excellent spot which easy to find and many people always come to buy her rice every day.

Running her business has made Pulquira more independent because she can be responsible for herself and also help support her family's every day's income. She would like a loan of $1200 through KIVA field partner KIF to help improve her store. She plans to use this loan to buy additional supply of rice to resell at her store.

Pulquira hopes to expand the size of her business in the future as the result of her investment and wants to thank lenders for the opportunity.
