A loan helped a member to buy piglets and food for her pigs.

Noong Het 05 Group's story

Tuan, 43, is a Thai ethnic woman. She is married and lives with her husband and two sons in a poor village in a mountain area in Viet Nam.

Because of the difficult circumstances, she dropped out of primary school and then she became engaged in farming work to help her family. After marriage, she and her husband have been working as tireless farmers, to earn money for this big family’s living.

Despite their hard work, sometimes she does not have enough capital to develop her husbandry business. This is the reason she has taken a loan from the Anh Chi Em program. She is using the loan to buy piglets and food for her pigs. She hopes that this investment will be successful and that she will have more pig manure for her crop field. Also, she hopes that the loan will bring great profit to reinvest in pig farming.

Since she became a partner of the Anh Chi Em program, she has repaid successfully three loans in this program. She dreams that her family will have an abundant life and her sons will be always happy. In the picture, she stands at the first from the right.
