Marta Alicia O. de 43 años de edad, reside en el hermoso pueblo de Izalco, ubicado en el departamento de Sonsonate. Vive junto a su madre de 76 años de edad quien ayuda en el negocio y junto a sus tres hijos menores de edad, los cuales se dedican a trabajar. Marta posee una tortillería, en la cual se encarga de elaborar y vender tortillas, las cuales son muy vendidas, ya que es parte de la dieta diaria de los salvadoreños, la cual se come en los tres tiempos pero sobre todo al mediodía. Ella es madre soltera, quien trabaja en gran manera para sacar adelante a sus hijos, vendiendo de lunes a domingo su producto. Marta solicita un préstamo a través del cual pueda comprar maíz en grandes cantidades, así mismo comprar cilindros de gas propano, de manera que pueda contar con mucha materia prima para la elaboración y cocción de las tortillas.
