A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase the volume of milk she can sell to a local factory.

Anarkul's story

Anarkul is 59 and married with two children. She has a high school education and has been working in animal husbandry since 1980 as the primary source of income for her family. Thanks to her hard work and help from her husband, she currently has nine cows and 50 sheep as well as 3.5 hectares of land where she grows beans. She also has a contract to provide organic milk to a local factory for further processing into dairy products. This allows her to constantly invest in her agricultural business.

Having found out that she could receive a loan for future repayment from Bai Tushum Bank within the framework of the "chain of added value" product, she approached them for a loan of 150,000 KGS to buy dairy cows to increase her volume of milk sales. Payments for the milk from the factory will be directly deposited into her bank account, and loan payments automatically debited. Income from the loan will help her further develop her farm by increasing her yield of organic milk, and improve her family's well-being.
