A loan helped a member to buy thread and fabric.

Hawai Group's story

Elza, the first one in the photo in a yellow t-shirt, is the group leader. She is married and has three children, one of whom needs special care. They live in a very humble neighborhood in a house loaned to them by relatives. She has always worked with sewing and embroidery; this is where she gets the money to support her family. Despite difficulties, she has always worked very hard, and little by little she has acquired equipment like more modern sewing machines, thus managing to increase her sales. Her greatest dream is to have a house of her own and to open an embroidery store. The loan will be to buy thread and fabric.
The Hawai group has four members who need their businesses to support their families. They would like to thank the investors.
