Amouna's story

Amouna is a 61-year-old Syrian married woman. Her father and daughter are the only breadwinners in the house. In Syria, they have all faced many hardships during the Syrian War, especially when she had to leave her husband there and seek safety. While in Jordan, the hardships never stopped. She has faced the pressure of actually buying the clothes, and then fixing them then selling them. But she never gave up and asked for 400 JD loan to buy basic products for sewing and fixing clothes in order to start selling clothes.

She is looking forward to expand her business where she can support both her husband and her daughter.
