La Señora Dominga Lucia de 53 de edad, con tres hijos ya adultos, su actividad económica consiste en la venta y elaboración de comida, en el cual se desempeña desde hace 10 años, esta iniciativa surge a raíz de la crisis económica que atraviesa el país y las familias Nicaragüenses. La cual la motivo a obtener ingresos para su familia subsistiendo de la venta de comida. Ella prepara comida nacional como: gallo pinto, queso frito, enchiladas, tacos, maduros, tajadas, carne asada, pollo frito. La cual ofrece a sus diferentes clientes. Su negocio lo ha administrado de manera efectiva los recursos que le han confiando como organismo de apoyo ya que esto le ha permitido dar educación a su hijo. Es por este motivo que ella solicita este financiamiento utilizado en materia prima necesaria.
