Dominga Lucia's story

Dominga Lucia, 53, has three adult children. Her commercial activity consists in the elaboration and sale of food. She has been in this line of work for 10 years now. She began because of the economic crisis that the country and Nicaraguan families are going through. She needed to produce income for her family's support and she decided to do so through food sales.

She prepares national dishes like: gallo pinto (rice and beans), queso frito (fried cheese), enchiladas, tacos, fried plantain, grilled meat, fried chicken for her customers. She runs an efficient business and she has managed her loans well; this has made it possible for her to educate her son.

She is asking for funds to buy ingredients.
