This group is called Metztli, whicn in Náhuatl means “moon.” It is in the Zaragoza neighborhood of Yautepec, Morelos. It has 10 members and it’s their second loan request from Credicomún.

Juana D. N., 55, is the group president. She has been married for 33 years and has 5 children, 3 girls and 2 boys. She sells catalogue cosmetics and will use the funds to fill all of her pending orders. She has done catalogue sales for 9 years. She started out selling bedspreads and sheets that she would sell in batches. For the last 6 years she has sold beauty products, mainly cosmetics.

Juanita (as she prefers to be called) is very grateful with the loans she has received because they have made it possible for her to earn extra income that she has used to help support her family’s economy, principally improving her children’s quality of life.

In addition, she plans to continue to invest in her business so that in the future she may even have a locale from which to sell her products.

Este grupo se llama Metztli que en náhuatl significa Luna, está ubicado en la colonia Zaragoza perteneciente al municipio de Yautepec Morelos. El grupo está conformado por 10 integrantes y es la segunda vez que solicitan un crédito con Credicomún.
La Sra. Juana D. N. es la Presidenta del grupo, tiene 55 años de edad, casada desde hace 33 años con 5 hijos; 3 mujeres y 2 hombres. Ella se dedica a la venta de cosméticos por catálogo, su crédito lo va a utilizar para poder surtir todos los pedidos que ya tiene de su negocio, se dedica a las ventas por catálogo desde hace 9 años, inició vendiendo colchas y sábanas, las cuales vendía a través de tandas y desde hace 6 años vende productos de belleza principalmente cosméticos.
La Sra. Juanita (como le gusta le llamen) está muy agradecida por los créditos que ha obtenido ya que le han permitido obtener un ingreso extra con el cual a podido apoyar la economía de su familia y principalmente a podido brindarle una mejor calidad de vida a sus hijos, además de que piensa seguir invirtiendo aun mas en su negocio para que en futuro pueda hasta tener un local en donde pueda exhibir todos sus productos.
