A loan of $975 helped to buy auto repair merchandise and supplies.

Alfonso's story

Alfonso, 59, has a machine shop that specializes in vehicle repairs.

This isn't the first loan he's had approved. He started out needing to help his parents economically because they were a very low income family. He learned his trade but was unable to continue with his formal education; he only finished elementary school.

The business consists mostly in repairs and replacement parts, such as: tires, piston rings, sparkplugs, filters, lubricats, car repair, etc.

"Throughout all my years of experience with my business, Fundación León 2000 has supported me with loans to develop my business and my family"

The funding requested now is for working capital.

"I have reached my dream of having my own home through my work and dedication; I have met my goal of maintaining and improving my business day to day"
