A loan helped purchase corn to make and sell tortillas, as well as agricultural supplies so that her partner can farm.

Ana Maribel's story

Ana has a fifth grade education, is married, and does not have children yet. Her spouse works in agriculture.

Ana works making and selling tortillas. Although she learned how to make tortillas when she was young, she started selling them four years ago. She runs the business out of her house. She also works caring for an elderly man.

Ana is in need of a loan to purchase corn to make and sell tortillas. She will also use part of the loan to purchase agricultural supplies so that her spouse can farm.

She dreams of growing her business, creating jobs, and providing the best for her family.
