San Judas Tadeo Group's story

The SAN JUDAS TADEO community outreach program is located in Santa Clara and is represented here by Sra. Ricardina Guilermina. Its 10 members live in the area. Sra. Ricardina, 54, is partnered and has 3 children, 26-, 28- and 32-years old, all living on their own. She has operated a business selling vegetables and potatoes from the door of her house for 5 years. She used to help her mother with a similar business before deciding to strike out on her own.

San Judas Tadeo has worked with EDAPROSPO for 2 years. Our members operate businesses such as retail confectionery sales. Sra. Ricardina, for example, will use the loan recently granted to buy merchandise for her business. Other members will increase their working capital to increase their output, improve their market position and bring in more customers. The members have big dreams and goals and all are grateful to the institution for providing the support they need. They are committed to repaying their loans on time and continuing to use their businesses to build their savings.
