L. Sok, 54, is married with four children. Her family lives in the Takeo province. She raises animals and makes rice wine, earning around $5 each day. Her husband is a taxi driver who is able to generate $5 each day as well. L. Sok is asking for a loan of $1000 for rice and tools so that she can produce more rice wine to sell at the local market.
