A group loan which consists of four people is made up the village bank loan and Mr. Seang V. is a group leader who has been selected by the members. They all live in Boueng Kroam village in Kandal province. Mr. Seang V. is a farmer who owns 1.5-hectars to cultivate rice to earn for living. In this farming, he now faces a small problem because his field has a lot of insects which they can damage his crop so he decided to ask for a loan to buy more pesticides to kill the insects. He will use the rest of the loan to buy fuel for his water machine to pump his crop. His wife, Mrs. Nao Heang, helps him on the farming. Mr. Seang V. is a father of seven children four of whom are farmers while the others are attending the local school.
