A loan helped to buy a pack of sustainable solar products that will help him to reactivate the solar-power system in his home.

Gracielo's story

Gracielo is a 56-year-old farmer who lives in Yoro community, Honduras.

For 15 years, he has made a living growing coffee in order to give his wife and six children the best possible living conditions. Although he really likes the work in the field, there are difficulties as the local community does not have electricity. This creates obstacles for dealing with daily household chores.

As a responsible husband and father, Gracielo bought a solar power system for lighting some time ago. He now needs to change the batteries. Gracielo has therefore decided to apply for a loan from Soluz Honduras in order to buy a pack of sustainable solar products (two batteries) that will help him and his family to continue benefitting from solar energy and improving their living conditions.
