The group leader is Talita, the third one in the photo, wearing a black shirt. She is married and has two children. She lives in a house that belongs to her family. She works as a hairdresser in her back yard at home, and she also does cleaning to bring in more income. She dreams of having a big salon to better serve her clients, having her own house, and being able to provide a good education for her children. The loan will be for buying dyes and hydration creams.
