Ana Julia O. de 48 años de edad, reside en la Ciudad de Soyapango, ubicada en el departamento de San Salvador. Vive junto a sus cuatro hijos de los cuales el mayor se dedica a trabajar para ayudarle a su madre con los gastos del hogar, los tres menores estudian y por las tardes le ayudan a Ana con los quehaceres de la casa. Ana posee una tienda en la cual comercializa productos de primera necesidad, negocio a través del cual ha logrado salir adelante junto a sus cuatro hijos. Es por esta razón que Ana solicita un préstamo a través del cual pueda surtir su negocio, ya que a pesar de que cuenta con varios años de poseerlo no ha logrado surtirlo con todo lo necesario para atender todos los pedidos de sus clientes, lo cual la deja en desventaja a comparación de su competencia. Para Ana el mejorar su negocio es vital, debido a que es por medio de este como ella logra obtener el dinero necesario para sostén de su familia, la cual depende por completo de ella y de las pocas ganancias que con mucho esfuerzo aporta su hijo mayor.
