A loan of $1,100 helped to buy cosmetics and hair accessories.

Gloria Del Carmen's story

39-year old Gloria del Carmen C. O. lives in the department of Usulután with her 15-year old daughter who is a student. Gloria owns a business selling cosmetics, hair and nail accessories, combs, nail polish etc. Although all her clients are women, Gloria makes a good living and has already had her business for twenty years. She is able to provide her daughter with all the basics and also pay for household expenses.

Now she would like to expand her inventory, especially for the month of February when sales increase, and then later in the month of April, when the summer holidays begin. For this reason Gloria is asking for a loan to buy more cosmetics and the other items that she stocks. In this way she will continue to attract the many regular customers who have bought her products for many years, and she will also attract new customers.
