Jakeline's story

Jakeline, 21 years old, lives in her parents home in the company of her parents and siblings. Even though she is very young, she is looking to work and get ahead.

She makes her living selling a brand of beauty products known world wide. She makes her sales using catalogs, where her customer see what they like and order through her. She also sells products that she has in stock, which makes her a very good profit. She likes this type a work a lot because it is laid-back, and she is very confident in her persuasive abilities in recommending the make-up colors best suited to her buyers. Along with that work, for the last 3 years she has also made a living preparing pastries, which she sells one day a week (Fridays). She makes a half dozen and sells them as they are ordered. Her customers remark that they are very delicious, and make them look forward to the weekend. And because she is a very enterprising young woman, in the future she plans to install a store in her own home to sell domestic gas since, as she says, "space, she has plenty of," just like her desire to continue working.

This is her second loan and she is very grateful to all those who have made the loans possible; they allow many people, such as herself, to get ahead. Jakeline plans to invest the money that she is requesting in the purchase of beauty products, since she likes to have a good quantity of stock to sell at a higher price, whatever the needs of her customers may be.
