A loan helped a member to buy material to use in decorative arrangements, and to buy a bundle of clothing to sell.

Mujeres Esforzadas Group's story

Liliam Marisol, president of the group, lives with her husband and three children who are the age of majority and are in school.

She enjoys sales and for that reason she initiated her business. She prepared by enrolling in an institution where she learned to make arrangements with metallic balloons. She also sells American clothing.

She is requesting this loan to buy materials to make metallic balloon arrangements, and to buy a bundle of clothing to sell. She delivers to some clients' homes, and mostly works alone. Sometimes, she employs people to help her make balloon arrangements and decorate rooms for big events. With her earnings, she helps her husband cover the household expenses and she pays for her children's educations.

Her goals include continually bettering herself and owning a store where she can better exhibit her products.

Her dream is to see all of her children graduate.
