A loan helped to buy beans, corn, rice, and sugar wholesale to be able to stock her store's inventory.

Felipa's story

Felipa is in a relationship, and she has two children and lives with her partner. Her children are already adults and live with their respective families. Felipa says that, since she was 20 years old, she has worked in agriculture, a business she learned with the help of her partner. However, when she was 40 years old, she decided to switch jobs. Today, she runs a store selling necessities out of her home.

The loan she is applying for will be used to buy beans, corn, rice, and sugar wholesale. Thus she will be able to stock her store. Because buying products wholesale will lower their price, this will give her the opportunity to have a better profit margin in her sales.

Her dream is to continue working and be independent, instead of economically dependent on her children, because they have their own homes.
