Gladys is 56 years old and married. She cares for some of her children as well as two orphans and one relative. Her husband works as a boiler operator.

Gladys sells fish and requires a loan to buy more fish to boost her business. The proceeds will enable her to pay for her children’s school fees. She started the business to move out of poverty and support her family. Five of her family members help run the business.

Gladys desires to grow her business and make it self-sustainable in the future.
