A loan of $350 helped purchase clothing & shoes.

Vilma's story

Vilma is 46 years old and lives in her own home with her husband Javier (age 53), who works as a taxi driver, and one of their two children, Alexis (age 9). The oldest child is married and lives separately from the rest of the immediate family.

For the past year, Vilma has been selling clothing and all types of shoes. She knows that she must utilize her persuasive skills to convince her regular customers (friends and neighbors) about which types of clothes and shoes fit best and keep them satisfied. She earns a good income that allows her to help her husband with the household expenses.

At the same time, Vilma works as an elder care provider and is compensated well for this job. She is very proud of what she has accomplished because she has worked hard all of her life. In the future, she plans to open a store at a shopping center where she sells clothing and shoes. This will provide stability to her business and help increase her sales.

This is her first loan with MFP. Vilma is very grateful to everyone who made it possible for her to receive this loan and promises to make each of her payments on time. She will use the money to purchase a large quantity of clothes and shoes so that she can fulfill her outstanding orders.
