Mrs. Savoen S. is a fabric middleman and her husband, Mr. Ly M., is a driver who is not able to earn enough salary to support his family. In order to improve the family’s living conditions, Mrs. Savoen S. decided to ask for a loan to buy more fabric to re-sell.
