The Communal Bank “Gaviotas” is part of the Villa Tejada agency. This group consists of eight members and is led by a Board of Directors in which Sra. Petrona is the president.

Petrona is 49 years old, single, and has one child. She has a business of selling clothes. Petrona will use her loan to buy clothes in bulk that she will acquire from wholesale vendors in the city of La Paz and then sell at her vending stall. By working in this manner, she will be able to generate income to support her family.

Her aspirations include expanding her business. Petrona asks that the lenders continue to trust her Communal Bank group.
