A loan helped to increase the products and services offered in his small shop.

Jeff's story

Jeff is a very impressive young entrepreneur with a proven track record for success! He is very passionate about his business, his family and his fellow refugees.

He runs his business in one of Rwanda's six refugee camps and owns two shops, one located within the camp, while the other is just outside the camp.

Jeff started doing business in 2015. Before that, he was employed in another business learning the skills he needed to launch his own business.

His own shop provides food, groceries and mobile money services. He also owns a shop outside the camp, which sells different types of clothes. The business supports him and his family financially to get the basics of the household.

After successfully repaying his first two loans in full and on time, Jeff is seeking a third loan to help him continue growing his business.

An investment in Jeff enables him to use his passion and energy for good, supporting his family and offering necessary services to the refugee community.

This loan is special because:

It helps refugees launch businesses to rebuild their lives.
