A loan of $975 helped to afford to keep 7 calves.

Gloria Elena's story

Gloria Elena lives in the Nueva Guinea area with her family, which is composed of her husband and two minor children. From a very early age, she has raised cattle and farmed. These activities have produced income for family support.

Her greatest need in the economic sector is that she does not have sufficient funds to cover costs of her small farm. She needs this funding in order to be able to keep 7 calves because right now isn't a good time to sell them. She hopes that in another 15 months livestock prices will improve so that a sale will be more profitable.

Her husband supports her in the activities that aim for the common good of the family.

She gives thanks in advance for any help she may receive.
