Mrs. Kunthea K. is a seamstress in her village and her husband, Mr. Vanra Cheab, is a farmer who owns 2-hectares (5-acres) of land which he cultivates to support his family.

This family has a problem because their plow is broken but they do not have enough money to fix it. Thus, Mrs. Kunthea K. decided to ask for a loan to repair the plow.
