A loan of $575 helped to buy memory chips to upgrade her computers.

Aydee's story

Aydee lives in Villa Israel, which is located in Cochabamba's peri-urban area. She is married and has three small, school-age children. Her husband drives his own taxi but he still owes payments on it.

Aydee provides Internet services and Punto Viva phone booths; she has 8 computers and three phone booths. She provides these services every day because she is located in an area that is remote and where there are no Internet services; hers is the only one in the neighborhood.

She will use the funds to buy memory chips to upgrade her computers and offer better service to the neighborhood.

She is a hard-working person who is responsible with respect to her repayments. Aydee is grateful to Emprender and Kiva for the trust placed in her by granting the loan.
