Norma's story

Norma is an entreprenurial and hardworking woman. She lives in the city of Cuzco. She is 59 years old, married, and has three children. Norma has a little business raising chickens. Right now she has 500 chickens. She tells us that she buys small chickens and raises them to later sell them. Norma is a member of the communal bank "Inti" of the Asociacion Arariwa. She needs the loan of 1000 soles which she will invest in the purchase of feed and vitamins for the chickens. Norma is grateful for the opportunity offered this way and she is commited to making the payments according to the schedule.

("Inti" is a word from the Quechua language which translated to Spanish means "Sol")
