Gs Abraham Group's story

Alourde is a Haitian immigrant woman who came to the Dominican Republic with the goal of working and finding a better quality of life. The difficult situation in which many of the neighboring Haitian citizens live in has made many of them go to other countries in search of a better quality of life.

Alourde says that five years ago she decided to quit being an employee and started a business where she sells clothing. This business has allowed her to generate income that have helped to sustain her family.

Alourde went to school and made it to her last year, but due to financial difficulties, she was not able to complete a university degree but this has not stopped her from working and helping her family.

Alourde dreams that her clothing business will be prosperous and large.

Alourde needs your help to purchase merchandise to stock her business such as dresses, pants, blouses, shirts, shoes, and purses among other items.
