A loan of $1,000 helped to buy a variety of health care products for her inventory.

Grace's story

Grace J., 53, is making sure that her family has enough provisions for their daily needs. She makes sure that she earns so that her family can have a better life. She has been managing her health care product business for 12 years now.

Grace has been a regular member of Center for Community Transformation* (CCT) for more than a year now. She regularly attends their weekly fellowship meetings and pays her weekly dues consistently. Because of her good repayment performance with her previous loans, she was able to borrow quite a few times in CCT’s Cooperative. She is consistent in paying her dues because she uses the money she borrowed to expand and improve her health care product business.

Now with your help, she would like to apply for a PHP 45,000 loan. This amount will be used as a source of added capital to her expanding business by buying additional quantities of health care products, as well as incorporating more varieties of products into her inventory.

She dreams that her business will continue to grow so that she can have enough money for her adopted child’s future.

* All CCT community partners / clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and pay Micro Finance loans.
