In the area of Mutamba resides a passionate entrepreneur named Chipo. She is a 42-year-old mother of five children, married to her supporting husband who is employed as a teacher. Chipo is in the poultry business, specializing in broilers with a fowl run capacity of 150 birds, currently utilizing full capacity.

With her last loan, she managed to add another batch of 50 birds. Chipo ensures that her birds get enough feed, heat and proper care each day as well as better treatment of diseases which affect chickens. Chipo was able to attract many clients in Mutamba and other surrounding areas mainly from butcheries. She received a loan and she managed to add another batch of 100 birds. She hopes to diversify her products by adding road runners and layers to her business.
