A loan helped buy a solar refrigeration system to increase the profits of her grocery store business.

Xiomara's story

Xiomara is 26 years old and lives with her husband and two children in the community of Gracias a Dios, Honduras. Her husband works as a hotel administrator and her children attend school.

Xiomara and her husband have put a lot of effort into their grocery store business, which has allowed them to provide for their children. They also have a fishing business.

The community where they live doesn't have access to electric service. Therefore, Xiomara and her husband decided to invest in a solar refrigeration system for her business. Due to the high demand, they now need to make improvements. That is why Xiomara is requesting a loan through Soluz Honduras to buy a 13 feet refrigeration system to be able to meet their clients needs. This will allow her to generate more income with her business.
