La señora Erling C. nació en San Carlos en el Año de 1956, vive actualmente en el Barrio Laureles Norte tiene tres hijos y todos son mayores de edad, tiene una negocio de alquiler de cuartos y vive con su compañero el cual realiza trabajos de casa como radiotécnico apoyándole económicamente a la economía del hogar, ella desea una préstamo para remodelar lo cuartos ya que actualmente son de Plycem y los quiere construir de bloque para brindar mayor seguridad a sus arrendatarios, así mismo lograría mayor calidad, durabilidad y mejor precio de alquiler por los cuartos, esto le permitiría una mejor entrada de dinero ayudándola a mejorar su nivel de vida y la de su familia y brindándole el capital necesario para nuevos proyectos a futuro.
