Fati is fifty five years old. She is married with a four children. Currently only two of her children are in school; the others have completed school and are working. She is a food vendor and sells waakye. Waakye is cooked rice and beans enjoyed with stew, macaroni and fish. It is sold in the mornings as breakfast. She wants to use the loan to buy more bags of rice, beans, gallons of oil, fish, etc. to enhance her food production. It is her greatest desire to expand her food business and improve upon her standard of living.
