Ana Y. de 19 años, vive en una zona periurbana en la Perimetral de Guayaquil, solo tiene agua y luz como servicios básicos, no esta casada ni tiene hijos.

Ana comenzó hace ya un año atrás con el negocio de las cabinas telefónicas con la ayuda económica de su novio que esta en el extranjero. Poco a poco ha implementado vitrinas con productos Yanbal como perfumes y cremas. Ana trabaja todos los días desde las 07h00 hasta las 21h00 con la ayuda de su hermana dando servicios de telefonía local, extranjera etc. Una de las complicaciones que tiene son los racionamientos de energía que hace el gobierno.

Con el préstamo quiere comprar una fotocopiadora para implementarla en el negocio. En el futuro quiere terminar sus estudios de Marketing y Negociación y poner su propio local.
